ܒܫܢܬ ܐܪܒܥ ܕܪܕܘܦܝܢ ܐܬܬܚܕ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܢܪܣܐ ܐܦܣܩܘܦܐ ܕܫܗܪܩܕܬ ܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܘܝܘܣܦ ܬܠܡܝܕܗ: ܟܕ ܡܠܟܐ ܒܗ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܒܐܬܪܐ.
En l’an quatre de note persécution, Narsès, évêque de la ville de Shaharqadt fut pris avec son disciple Joseph, alors que le roi était au pays même.
ܘܒܬܪ ܗܕܐ ܐܬܩܛܠ ܝܘܣܦ ܒܩܕܡܝܬܐ: ܘܒܬܪܗ ܐܬܩܛܠ ܣܒܐ ܗܢܐ ܢܨܝܚܐ. ܐܬܟܠܠܘ ܕܝܢ ܩܕܝ̈ܫܐ ܒܥܣܪܬܐ ܒܬܫܪܝ ܐܚܪܝ ܒܕܣܗܪܐ.
Et après cela Joseph fut mis à mort en premier lieu, et après lui fut mis à mort l’illustre Sabâ. Or les saints furent couronnés le dix du mois lunaire de Teshrî II.
