ܒܛܝܒܘܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ. ܣܒܪܬܐ ܬܚܝܬ ܫܡܝܐ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܟܠܗܿ ܐܙܕܪܥܬ. ܡܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܦܪܘܩܐ ܕܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܐܢܫܐ. ܕܢܗܝܡܢ ܟܘܠ ܐܢܫ ܒܐܠܗܐ ܐܚܝܕ ܟܘܠ. ܘܒܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܒܪܐ ܝܚܝܕܝܐ. ܘܒܪܘܚܐ ܚܝܐ ܘܩܕܝܫܐ. 1
Par la grâce de Dieu la Bonne Nouvelle a été plantée sous les cieux et par toute la terre, par Jésus-Christ Sauveur de tous les hommes afin que tous croyent en Dieu tout-puissant, en Jésus-Christ le Fils unique et en l’Esprit vivant et saint. 1

Et après avoir dit cela, il poussa une forte lamentation et il se déchira en deux, et sa chair se répandit et ses os devinrent introuvables. Cela advint à ce scélérat conformément à la prophétie. 1
