                    ܘܦܪܩ ܡܠܐܟܐ ܡܢ ܠܘܬ ܫܡܥܘܢ ܘܩܪܒ ܠܘܬ ܝܥܩܘܒ. ܘܐܬܬܙܝܥ ܒܪܘܚܐ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܘܒܟܐ ܘܐܝܠܠ. ܘܐܡܪ. ܐܘܗ ܡܪܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܠܚܪܒܐ ܗܢܐ ܕܚܙܐ ܐܢܐ ܒܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܗܕܐ ܩܕܝܫܬܐ.
                
                
                    Et l’ange s’éloigna de chez Simon et s’approcha de Jacques. Et celui-ci fut mu par l’Esprit de Dieu et il pleura et se lamenta et dit: «Hélas, Seigneur Jésus, pour la désolation que je vois dans cette ville sainte.»
                
                
                    ܘܢܗܘܐ ܟܠ ܕܡܘܕܐ ܒܫܡܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܢܐܚܐ.
