ܒܶܝܬ ܙܰܐܙ ܠܚܰܣܢ ܟܺܐܦܐ ܒܛܘܪܥܰܒܕܝܢ. ܕܟܺܝܪ ܒܡܰܟܬܰܒܙܒ̈ܢܐ ܫܢܰܬ 775 ܗܘܳܐ ܟܘܽܪܣܝܳܐ ܠܐܶܦܺܝܣܩܘܦ̈ܐ ܕܚܰܐܚ 1089 - 1873 ܘܩܳܡ ܡܶܢܗ ܦܰܛܪܝܰܪܟܐ ܠܛܘܪܐ ܘܚܰܕ ܡܰܦܪܝܳܢܐ ܘܶܫܬܐ ܐܶܦܝܣܩܘ̈ܦܐ. ܘܰܒܡܶܨܥܳܝ̈ܬܳܐ ܕܕܳܪܐ ܕܰܥܒܰܪ ܗܘܳܐ ܩܪܝܬܳܐ ܙܥܘܪܬܐ. ܘܰܥܕܡܳܐ ܠܝܰܘܡܳܢ ܥܕܺܬܗ ܩܰܝܳܡܐ.3
بين زاز وحصن كيفا في طور عبدين ذكر في التاريخ سنة 775 وصار كرسيا لأساقفة حاح (1089-1873) ونشأ منه بطرك للطور ومفريان وستة اساقفة، وفي اواسط القرن الماضي امسى قرية صغيرة ولا تزال بيعته عامرة4
466. al-Ṣalīb, Dayr1
between Zāz and Ḥiṣn Kifa in Tur ʿAbdin, was first mentioned in history in 775. It was the see of the bishops of Ḥaḥ from 1089 to 1873. One Patriarch of Tur ʿAbdin, a Maphryono and six bishops graduated from it. In the middle of the last century it became the site of a small village, but its church still exists.5

In Dolabani's translation of Barsoum's description ܥܕܺܬܗ should read ܥܺܕܬܗ.
