Gabriel of Beth
Qustan was from Beth Qustan and became Bishop of Qartmin. He fled marriage
to become a monk. He was the superior of Qartmin and met the Caliph Ibn
al-Hattab. He performed miracles and set out the measurements of the
monastery of Qartmin. His body was exhumed to avoid an onslaught of the
plague.
